This group is best if you already know what you want to do, but need help to execute a strategy. There will be accountability, homework, and support with the group experience as you move forward a week at a time.
5-Week Virtual Career & Life Design Group
This 5-week Virtual Career & Life Design Group is the group for you if you want to make a career change in the context of planning out your life vision.
We use the framework of design thinking to help you explore new possibilities for the future, identify what is most important to you, and create a vision moving forward. Through individual exercise, groups conversation, and homework that has you reflect on what you want most, you'll generate new solutions to get you unstuck and more focused.
Participants are encouraged to purchase the Designing Your Life Workbook to be used in this virtual group.
Career & Life Design Saturday Retreat
If you're looking for a deep dive experience, the Career & Life Design Retreat is a Saturday group experience for individuals interested in exploring what’s next in career and life. This group is best for people who want to explore new possibilities for the future and to find new inspiration.
In this 1-day retreat, you’ll gain more clarity about where you are, and where you want to go both personally and professionally. Design thinking is about finding new ways to frame problems to generate new solutions. Group participants will receive a copy of the “Designing Your Life” workbook to be used in the retreat. Through experiential exercises and group conversation you will gain new insight about what’s next and leave with a plan to move towards your goals.
