"Be Well" Corporate Workshop Series
A year long mental health + well-being program for organizations
who want to prioritize their employee's wellbeing
Over the last few years constant change due to the pandemic, remote working, social isolation,
returning to the workplace, and shifts in the economy have affected the mental health of millions of employees worldwide.
Anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout have taken a toll on individuals and consequently, on organizations. The World Health Organization estimates 12 billion working days are lost every year globally to depression and anxiety at a cost of $1 trillion per year in lost productivity. And a new study by Slack’s Future Forum found that executives themselves are struggling with their life balance, scores are 20% worse while their work-related anxiety scores were 40% higher than last year.
This presents more challenging issues for HR professionals who do not have the capacity to counsel every struggling employee. HR professionals need more support to protect and promote mental health at work.
Employees, managers, and executives need education on how to cope with emotional distress, build interpersonal skills, and create shared mental health literacy to reduce stigma and promote healthier working conditions.
This is the time to bring about positive shifts in employee attitudes and behaviors by investing in strategic preventative programming around workplace mental health.
This Program Is For Your Organization If:

"A huge THANK YOU for a terrific session. We all agree that it far exceeded all expectations, both in terms of content covered and participation and support/openness from our colleagues. It’s clear this is an important subject we can all relate on, and we can’t thank you enough for an amazing presentation.”
National Court Reporters Association
“Caitlin Magidson was a spectacular presenter. She was engaging and professional. She offered wonderful guidance that a reporter can apply to their busy and often stressful lives. I think this would benefit court reporters, to have a reminder to pace ourselves and give ourselves a break, whether through time or emotions. I could go on and on. Wealth of information in a perfectly timed hour. Loved it. Thank you so much.”
Caitlin recently presented on Mental Health and Wellness at our internal virtual all-hands meeting. Her presentation was informative, engaging, and interactive, and she was a pleasure to work with from the first contact. I hope to work with her again in the future, and recommend her highly for speaking engagements. Thank you, Caitlin!
