I’m a Licensed Therapist, and Certified Coach offering support, education, and training around mental health and well-being to help people live more aligned and meaningful lives. 

 

With a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, and experience as the Assistant Director of Coaching & Education at the Hopkins Business School, I merge knowledge around mental health and the workplace to share best practices with clients.

 

My executive coaching extends to the Executive Leadership Institute, Executive Education at JHU to include The Academy for Women and Leadership, and The Academy for Health Care Leadership and Management.  I’ve counseled and coached thousands of people privately and in organizations, as well as presented at companies and conferences across the USA.

FAQ

Can I choose the dates for presentations?

Yes, after your call with Caitlin you’ll choose 4 session dates that work best for your organization.

​

Will employees get to connect with other colleagues in presentations?

Yes, we’ll design a presentation structure that works best for you.  Options to use breakout rooms, chat features, and live dialogue are all possibilities.

 

Can we record the session for future use?

Yes, you are welcome to record for employees who are not able to be present for the live session.

 

Can we choose the presentation topics?

Yes, there is a foundational session to start on mental health and self-care and then you get to choose 3 sessions in categories around self-leadership, healthy mindset, and healthy boundaries.
