What is leadership coaching?

Leadership coaching is a collaborative relationship that drives transformational change in your life.  I work with both emerging leaders who are younger or new in a position of influence, and senior level management with years of experience.  If you're a rising leader and want to develop your work relationships, create a sense of wellbeing, and set bold goals, coaching is for you.


As your coach you'll have a confidential sounding board to talk things through, get feedback, and have accountability in reaching your goals.


Coaching can help you maximize your strengths and play into your full-potential in order to bring greater value to the people you work with professionally and in all your relationships.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is just as important, if not more important than your intelligence quotient (IQ).  Companies can teach skills but it's harder to develop EQ.  Let's work together to help you grow and develop into your best self at work!

I currently coach leaders through the Johns Hopkins Executive Education program to include The Academy for Women in Leadership  and The Academy of Health Care Leadership and Management.  I've also worked with leaders at OneAZ credit union, SECU, and the Atlantic Recycling Group, to name a few.

Can my company pay for coaching?

Yes, many employers set aside professional development funds to develop their employees.  Companies want to invest in you so you can grow, bring more value to them, and stay longer.  Ask your employer if this is a benefit you can use and I'm happy to work out logistics to send an invoice to your employer.

How often do we meet and for how long?

We'll meet twice a month for 50 minutes sessions.  I'll send follow-up coaching notes and resources each session.

How long do you work with clients in this capacity?

I typically work with leadership clients for a minimum of 6 months.  You are welcome to continue coaching as long as it is useful to you.

What is the cost of leadership/executive coaching?

Please reach-out to me and I'll share how I can best work with you or your organization.

What assessments can we use for more measurable feedback?

I use the EQi-2.0 and EQi-360 assessments that give you feedback on areas of emotional intelligence.  You'll see how you're doing and where there are opportunities for growth. 

Do I have access to you in-between sessions?

Yes, you're welcome to email me in-between sessions with questions so I can support you throughout the coaching engagement.

Will you share what we talked about with my employer?

No, leadership coaching is confidential so even if your company invests in your coaching our work will be between you and me.
